Ezt az álomkönnyű sütit málnás clafoutis néven találtam egy újságban.
Pont éhesen lapozgattam, mire megakadt a szemem rajta.
Hogyhogynem még málna is volt itthon - még a héten is találtam a piacon, azt hitte , rosszul látok, de igazi málna volt. Nem fagyasztott, hanem gurulós.
Ez az egyik pozitív fejleménye a melegebb időjárásnak. végre van ebben valami jó is. Nem? De!
A clafoutis ( ejtsd: klafuti) előkelően hangzó neevével ellentétben egy iszonyatosan egyszerű francia édesség - az éhes lusták álma - pikkpakk megvan. Sűrűbb palacsintatésztába kell beledobálni akármilye , inkább savanykásabb, pikáns gyümölcsdarabokat, félóra alatt megsül és már ehetjük is.
Szép is, jó is...mit fokozzam. Próbáljátok ki, megéri!
És így néz ki ...látszik, hogy ketten voltunk rá éhesek...elfogyott mind.
Aztán írjátok ám meg, hogy sikerült, jó?...ha már az egyik titkos kis kedvencemet ilyen nagylelkűen megosztottam veletek.
Itt a receptje:
Hozzávalók:
25 dkg málna
10 dkg cukor
12,5 dkg liszt
3 egész tojás
csipet só
3 dl tej ( fele lehet tejszín is)
1 evőkanál vaj
Fahéj vagy vanília
Elkészítése:
A lisztet átszitáljuk, majd elkeverjük a cukorral, a sóval, fahéjjal/vaníliával
valamint a habosra vert tojásokkal.
Ezután szépen apránként hozzáöntjük a tejet.
Egy sütőformát kivajazunk , majd beleszórjuk a málnát és
ráöntjük a sűrű palacsinta-tésztát.
180 fokra előmelegített sütőbe tesszük és kb. 35 percig
sütjük.
Más gyümölccsel is jó, pl. szeder, alma, barack, stb.
